Behold the person who is one heartbeat away from the presidency:
The vice president left commentators befuddled late Tuesday by repeating herself multiple times at a pro-abortion rally in Washington.
“So, I think it’s very important, as you have heard from so many incredible leaders, for us at every moment in time — and certainly this one — to see the moment in time in which we exist and are present, and to be able to contextualize it, to understand where we exist in the history and in the moment as it relates not only to the past but the future,” Harris said during the event at Howard University, her alma mater.
I would be charitable and say she’d had a bad reaction to blood pressure medication — except this is just incident #{lost_count} of the same thing.
And don’t get me started in the optics of putting a little kid in front of a abort-until-birth-and-beyond, er, “reproductive right” rally. Clearly these people live in a total Brahmandarin echo chamber, or they think the public is so stupid as to swallow this. Or is it “vranyo” at work?
White House officials are reportedly concerned about Harris’ becoming “a drag on the ticket” as the 2024 election looms, according to Axios — with senior adviser Anita Dunn directing staff members to schedule more events for the word-challenged vice president.
So how is the POTUS (or as Sarah Hoyt calls him, the FICUS) doing?

We are living in evil clown world, where “the emperor is naked and fapping”.
But you can’t say Xi Jinping isn’t getting value for money from all the “10% for the big guy”…
Meanwhile, if you follow the US media landscape at all, you’ll have read that Don the Lemon’s five remaining viewers will have to do without him (and, related, that his fellow “box ticker” Susan Rice is out at the White House — only to be probably received by another equally awful) — and that Fox News summarily fired their #1 viewer magnet, Tucker Carlson, with no stated reason. I am no huge fan of the latter — and think he’s dead wrong on a number of issues — but this is a massive own-goal for Fox. It appears, though, they got their marching orders directly from Lachlan Murdoch himself (who took over as CEO from his father Rupert in 2019). Of course, as one says in Hebrew, ba’al ha-meah hu baal ha-d
eah, freely “he who has the bucks calls the shots”. There are multiple conflicting theories what motivated the decision: that he was too critical of Big Pharma, that he had leaked too much footage from January 6, that he had peddled the Dominion Voting machines story (which I myself fell for), that Murdoch is looking to sell the channel (that’s Tucker’s own theory),… People who’ve met Tucker all comment on his personal affability, which contrasts (but does not gainsay) his combative on-screen persona.
Note that Fox/News Corp. effectively are giving Tucker 20 million a year for no work for the remainder of his contract — since otherwise, he could take them to the cleaners for breach of contract.
I suspect that the biggest loser of this firing is going to be Fox News (they already lost over 50% of their viewers in prime time) — and that Tucker will do just fine on his own, becoming another Joe Rogan, or a Rush Limbaugh (RIP) of the streaming media era.
[…] THE EVIL CONTROLLERS OF THE FREE WORLD. LEADERS NEVER: Behold the leaders of the free world. […]
[…] As noted at the Spin, Strangeness, and Charm site: […]
Unless Republicans nation-wide fix their ballot box stuffing, vote harvesting, and militarizing of their own vote tabulation observer shortfalls to equal that of their marxist competitors, not much will matter.
Republicans focus on campaigns when they SHOULD focus on ELECTIONS.
